If you think you have an infectious illness, to avoid contact with other patients phone and book a telephone consultation with the doctor. Do not come into the surgery. Please also see the COVID-19 notice on the home page.
The appointments system is telephone first with a face to face appointment booked after that if necessary. Increasingly we are using email and video where appropriate to reduce the need for face to face consultations.
Appointments with the nurse and health care assistant are usually face to face and booked by phone through reception.
Booking an appointment
Appointments can be booked and cancelled on-line if you have a PIN although you can also phone us. Download the NHS APP today to see what It can do.
Please note that the receptionist will ask you some questions about your condition to ensure the appointment is booked with the appropriate person. We hope to see you within 48 hours although urgent cases and babies under a year will usually be seen the same day.

There is a self check in screen in the waiting area. Please try it next time you have an appointment.
Can't Make it?
We regularly have patients who do not turn up to booked appointments. Please tell us if you are unable to keep your appointment or use the app to cancel. Your consideration will enable us to offer the appointment to someone else.
Late for an Appointment
If you are late for an appointment we will endeavour to accommodate you. However at very busy times you may have to rebook for another day.
Please note that there is resident only on street parking between 11am and 12 noon. For your convenience please avoid these times if you are coming by car, and have consideration for our neighbours when parking.
Additional Appointments with the Barnet Federation HUB Service
In conjunction with other practices we can offer appointments outside the advertised sessions through the Barnet Federation HUB.
They are available from 6.30-8pm on weekdays and 0800 - 2000 on weekends and are located at various practices throughout the borough.
